We took our 2011 Chrysler Town and Country van in last week to get the engine light and the "check gas cap" light analyzed as it was giving codes on the computer scanner saying we had a problem with the evap system. I told them I suspected it was the gas cap but wanted to make sure since we were getting ready to drive a long distance. Awesome service!!! Our advisor Luis Elizardo was especially OUTSTANDING!!! I needed an oil change and tire rotation and because my wife had to wait an extended amount of time at our last visit we were honored with a free "semi-synthetic" oil and tire change. Where do you get that kind of service??? Bob Howard, that's where!!! To top it off, I had been trying to schedule a recall service appointment for the last two days, to no avail, but Luis got it done that day!!! OUTSTANDING!!! I loved it
Did not notice mismatched tires until I got home with my new vehicle. The dealership would not correct this but did repair another issue for me. All in all very happy. Considering the treatment I got at 2 other dealers I am impressed with this dealer. Thanks Grant !!!
Bought my Jeep new two years ago at Bob Howard in Edmond. I’ve taken in for normal service four times. Today is the fourth time. I was told it would be about two hours. It took three and a half hours. They addressed an update on the transmission. That took longer than expected. I feel I was treated fairly and everyone was courteous. Also, the transmission shifts better. I’ll return for service next time.
I had to wait 12 minutes for someone to wait on me. That’s the bad part. The rest was great. Oil and filter change took about 1 hour, and that was with 2 cars ahead of me. Courteous and professional.
Absolutely horrible service. I took my Jeep in for an oil change and was having issues with the air suspension. It was one thing after another ... I never received a call without me placing a call inquiring about the status first. Long story short ... they had my car for 50 days!!!!! The initial cost for repairs was going to be upward of $5,000 ... I told them that was ridiculous and considering all that had gone on I was not paying that amount .. they ended up discounting the cost considerably (hmmm) ... but needless to say... read more
