RecommendedI bring my truck into Bob Howard, every 6 months whenever recalls or warrenty work accumulate. The service is fantastic & friendly. They always provide a ride to and from my appointment. You can have as much or as little service done as you want. They tend to take their time working on the vehicle but their time estimates are pretty close and they communicate problems and updates very well.

The people were very friendly! Smiles all around, polite, pleasant.....however, I do have a few complaints about overall service. While the shuttle was definitely better than waiting FIVE HOURS for an oil change, it would have been MUCH better if they had offered me a loaner vehicle. This is my MAJOR COMPLAINT! Since I have only used the service department twice I’m certainly not an expert on this subject but I came from driving a Subaru for years and switching to my Jeep Wrangler has been a mixed bag.
