We set everything up via email. I knew the price before I even drove there (lowest prices around). All I did was test drive the car, signed some forms, then we were in the finance office to talk extended warranties and gap insurance. We were in and out in no time. No pressure, no haggling, no hidden fees. They delivered exactly what they advertised. I’m already making plans to go there to buy a Jeep Wrangler in the future.

This is a very long, stupid, and costly story. I’m not sure if it’s a warning to not buy Chrysler vehicles or not to use the dealership involved — I’ll leave that up to you. Got there at 7:30 was told would not know until 4 pm. It was around 11:00 when I received what was wrong with the Jeep service guy Devon was good and let me know what the process would be for working on the car and the price.
Unethical, tried to increase our cost 3 times, hateful and rude.
