Bought a 2018 ram from them. Immediately needed windshield wiper fluid. A oil change. An alignment, tires, an air filter. Dealership refused to do anything about it. Their excuse is that it "passed inspection" Last time I buy a vehicle from these crooks
Worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. After signing documents on the new vehicle, I was told I had a certain Lien holder on the vehicle. Come to find out the Lien holder was changed and I was uninformed. Therefore, I didn’t have the proper documentation for insurance or the title. I had to make a second trip to the dealership to sort the issues out nearly two weeks after the initial purchase date.
