I drop my vehicle off at 11:10 am for a Simple Oil Change. returned at 2pm Vehicle not ready, another Customer came in at 2:30pm just for a oil change as well his vehicle was ready within a hour and thirty minutes he left at 4pm!!! my Vehicle was not ready until after 4:30pm!!! if it wasn't for the fact I had already purchased the Oil change package I would definitely have chosen somewhere different. And the customer service is not very people friendly at All!!!

I had an overheating issue with my challenger on the interstate so I took my car in. The shop asked me to go home and pick up a part knowing I limped my car into the shop and could risk destroying the motor. I was asked to go pick up a part and “drive slow”, plus I was denied a loaner vehicle. I have called 3 times to have this issue resolved and no call back. Will not bother taking this review down.
