I had a few issues with a couple of the people I spoke with, most of all the GM Darnell I believe his name was. He was rude and condescending which I did not appreciate at all and fortunately did not have to deal with him much at all. I got to the dealership about 2:15 to get an oil change. They got my information right away and drove my jeep. I waited till 430 after my husband had called to ask where I was at. They did not log my jeep in to the log until 315. So it took extra long to get just an oil change done. I don’t know who dropped the ball on getting my oil changed then but it shouldn’t take that long.

Hi rather than me making a blanket statement about Bob Howard Dodge service, I would like someone in managment to call me to discuss my issue, as I left my number Friday evening when I picked up my truck and was promised that someone would call me today June 30 2018. No one called me when my truck was done. I was given an approximate time of 4pm. I had a very bad experience with the two days it took to service my RAM truck.
I really liked the no nonsense salesman that we had, David Tarza. I told him exactly what I wanted in the car, price and trade in. He & Sammy, the Manager made it happen. He sent the new car to be detailed and they did a horrible job. I do not detail for a living and I did a better job than they did. I was not happy with that. The sales & finance department was great. Thank you David Tarza for being so great to work with.
