I had a HORRIBLE experience today. Yesterday I called and made an appointment for today to have a few things diagnosed on my vehicle. I was told they would be able to diagnose my vehicle by the end of today. However, after arriving today, I was told it would be a DAY AND A HALF before they could get to it. That is totally unacceptable. I feel I was mislead and I have wasted a full hour of my time today. Bob Howard CJD service department was amazing, took care of my A/C issue that I was having with my vehicle, they are easy going and they are good at their job! Gave me a loaner till the job was done on my vehicle.
Took my new wrangler in today for service and Zach got me in so quickly and provided great service!
