They really took advantage of my wife while I was deployed overseas. Gave her a $2500 warranty she didn't ask for without telling her. Only gave her $500 trade for her vehicle(basically stole it). We would have traded in my work car if we knew that. I found all this out because we wanted to trade her Patriot in on a Wrangler but we are $9000 upside-down. My husband and I both purchased new vehicles from the dealership this month. Our sales lady LaRhonda was amazing through both transactions and as always Ray in finance was a pleasure to deal with. Duke and Sami both worked on our deals and we ended up where we wanted to be. We will definitely be back when it’s time to buy our daughters first car and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.
My wife, sister in law, and mother in law went to the used car department on Thursday October 19th 2017. Not one single person would help them. Finally an older gentleman came over and was very short and rude, so they walked over to the new car side and one of those salesman came over with them to the used department and began helping them even though he didn’t work in that department.
