Went in there to check out a used pickup they had and told them I didn't want my credit ran until we came to an agreement on the price or if I even wanted it. They got some of my info and I told the salesman I didn't want it ran and he told me it was just a soft credit pull and wouldn't mess with my credit. We didn't end up making a deal then I check my credit a couple days later and they ran it anyway so be careful who you listen to because they will lie straight to your face. The Service department is poorly run. They don't follow through with appointments. It took half a day to complete an oil change. And the last visit we had, scheduled an appointment for friday morning and they didn't call all day for updates. After calling them, they told us we had to come by Monday, because there was no technician. And with no rental available, we were left carless for three days. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Vincent was amazing and went above and beyond. He greeted us right as we pulled up. We explained what our price range was and he did everything in his power to find the perfect car for us. If anyone ever ask I will definitely recommend Vincent at bob howard!! Thanks again
