I have received disappointingly poor service. No one has responded to my inquires for the past week. All I'm trying to do is find out if I get a refund for cancelling my warranty. I'm never purchasing or financing through here again!
BAIT AND SWITCH, PEOPLE. I contacted them over several days about a specific vehicle, called immediately before I made the 30 minute drive out there and was assured the vehicle I was looking at was available. I cut several hours off my sleep time (I'm a night RN) and when I got there, was told "Oh, that sold a few days ago...but here, let me show you these other more expensive trucks." No, no, no. DON'T GO THERE, Y'ALL.
If you want to be disrespected and treated as if you are garbage, then go see "Sale Manager" Ryan at Bob Howard CJD. If demeaning customers while crunching numbers isn't enough, saying "Thanks for wasting my time" and storming off like a child tops it off. The dealership was great up until the point I met with "Sales Manager" Ryan. If you stay clear of that fine gentleman, then you should come out with a positive experience.
OUTSTANDING!! Michael Mayfield and Duke Potter were AMAZING. I am a young woman and they didn't try to take advantage in any way like you hear in this business. I was explained everything very thoroughly and all questions were answered I had. I felt very safe and taken care of with these guys! I had a very rock bottom situation I was in and while not many were even willing to take on the situation these guys didn't hesitate and got me back in a super nice car that is perfect for me with low miles and a warranty!
