Bought a car last Tuesday, after 2 days of trying to get a fair deal, and have been told lie after lie. The car was delivered with 200 more miles than I was told it would be and does not match my paperwork. There is a chip in the paint that I discussed with the salesman that has since been blown off. There are bubbles in the tint and a problem with the tires, which was also blown off by the salesman. I've left messages for a manager but my calls haven't been returned. I purchased a used Tahoe from this dealership recently. Our sales person, Jesus, was quite polite, personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He and Matt worked hard to get me the payment I was comfortable with. There were a few places on the carpet that were not clean. They had it cleaned in minutes. Overall, it was a good experience. As with any vehicle purchase, do your homework and have the info with you. It helped me a great deal!
