My Husband and I came up from Lawton to look at several Jeep Cherokees at different dealerships. Laurence was a great salesman. He did everything we asked and was eager to help us. We left that night with my Cherokee, an hour and a half past closing. No one acted frustrated or put out that it was so late. I have definitely been recommending Bob Howard and Laurence to anyone looking for a car. Thank you!
The service department has got to be the single worst place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, they first "fix" my truck over the course of a month. They never returned a single phone call, and every time I talked to some one I got a terrible excuse like "we can't find your o2 sensor anywhere" well I found it in stock at every single auto parts store I called. Now that my truck is having the same problems as it did before I get nothing but more excuses and unreturned phone calls. Thanks for nothing Bob howard
Brought Jeep in for oil change at 0700, then told that mechanics don't come in until 0800. What should have been an hour out of my day is now 2 plus hours. Service rep made a remark about heat and mechanics having to work when it's hot, big deal. We all do what we have to to support families. Probably will return to have Jeep serviced where I bought it, just poor service. Back again since mechanics can't reset oil change light or properly service tires. Absolutely NO service after the sale. I have been waiting 3 months for a tag holder for the front of the new Jeep Patriot we bought at the end of March. Numerous contacts with the dealership & still no tag holder that I was promised. Have been told several times it has been taken care of & is in the mail. Ridiculous. Second & last vehicle I will ever buy from the Bob Howard group.
My mother recently purchased a vehicle from the used car dealership. Here it is almost 30 days later and she still has not received the title. Her paper tag will expire this weekend and their answer to the problem, sorry we've been trying to get the Title from the previous owner but haven't had any luck so there's not anything we can do but keep trying to get a hold of them!
