Bought a car from here and had to come back to get it detailed because it was so late when I bought it. I came to get it detailed, was told I'd get a rental, and it would take 2 hours. I was given a trade in that had not been cleaned out, the previous owner's paperwork was in the car- with their name and address on everything. When I came back, 3 hours later, I was told that it was still not done because it can take "up to two hours". We eventually came back, four hours later, and the car was done. Bought two cars from this dealership a month ago...nothing but trouble ever since! If you buy a vehicle here, inspect it thoroughly before you take it home!

*WARNING - LONG POST, BUT HOPEFULLY WORTH YOUR READ* On April 8, my Jeep wouldn't start. We contacted a friend who works for a towing company, and had it hauled to Bob Howard. When I purchased my vehicle, I wasn't too pleased with the service I had received from the used car director. I had some problems with my vehicle that I purchased, and was getting no assistance from him. My sales person Jason Stuart was awesome as always, going above and beyond to try to assist me in any way he could. After about a week, I spoke with Toby. I sent my brother to look at a vehicle because he has previously owned a Durango. I was not familiar with them so I reached out to a fellow Airman at Tinker and he suggested Bob Howard.
