We went and bought a truck for my husband and Jesus Esquivel helped us and was great! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because we bought the wax treatment for the outside and the inside thing for $800 and were told that it didnt matter that it was snowing they could do it inside a garage. The service department is atrocious. We left our Jeep at the service department for our 9:30am Monday appointment. After checking on the service progress at 3:30pm Monday, 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday AM, and finally Tuesday afternoon, we picked our car up because no technician had even started on our vehicle! RecommendedHave had one of the best experiences buying a used pickup. I went in to Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking for a replacement for one of my work pickups. Jesus Esquivel welcomed me as I walked up. He was very good at helping me find the right truck. The whole experience made me feel like I would come back next time I need a used vehicle.
Bill Altstatt and staff have been amazing throughout the entire process. Having spent years in the industry it's not often I'm overly impressed with an experience but these guys are professional and courteous and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied!

Called on a specific Compass. Gave them the stock number. Was told yes it's here. Drove 35 minutes. Oh, we sold that two weeks ago. Found another one. Tried to sell it to me for $4000 MORE than the price advertised. Then wouldn't take my money!! Would only do a deal if I financed through them since they get a "kick-back"! How much could they get that my check wasn't good enough?!?! Would never recommend this stealership!!
Well, I'm home with my first Ram Big Horn and the experience turned out how it's always expected with the Bob Howard family with 30+ years of combined experience for myself and family.
