I was wanting to trade in my truck and purchase a new one. The manager Ming took my truck for a test drive and brought it back with a broken side mirror. He broke it clean off and duct taped it on. When I asked what happened he told me I brought it to him like that and became argumentative. Also he denied the Internet price of the truck I was looking at. If you let them test drive your vehicle ride along. Very poor experience.
My husband bought a used Jeep Liberty. The initial salesman, Sam, told him it was certified and later after the sale was going through we find out this was not true. Everything else went through painlessly and Juaquin was very helpful. Overall it was considered a good experience.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Waiting area didn't have a tv (second time) and hard chairs. Not very inviting. Didn't put air in tires after rotation.
My husband and I just purchased from them! They made it very simple and an overall easy transaction. We live 2.5 hours out of town and we were able to negotiate a price prior to even meeting in person. I first talked to Sami and he was awesome and so so helpful! Never received my title to get my tag. I went to the dealership twice to fix this and it still was never received. A new temporary tag would not be issued and my vehicle was impounded. Finally was able to get my tag almost 4 months later, the tag agency tells me the dealership should pay my fines. �
