The people who work in the service department are great. Service is as expected, and they take the time to explain everything. Who knew the upgrade to software would tell me when to get an oil change even though its past the 5k Miles? The service contracts are awesome! It’s pretty busy though. I didn’t make an appointment. �. It only took about 1.5 hrs though. Maybe double the personnel? Ha! �
Update......I received a message from the general manager, Jeremy, asking me to call him. I was not able to reach him so I left a message. I received a call shortly after from a sales manager, named Sammy on 5/25. He asked me to go over my experience and offered his apologies again. He said he would speak with Jeremy and call me back to see about getting me in for a couple of complimentary oil changes.
