Took my Durango in to have new shocks installed on the front. Didn't have the parts so they ordered them. Why would a dealership not have shocks/stuts in stock? Took the car in Monday, July 16, and didn't get it back until today, July 17. They gave me a rental car, but it was a POS, (no where near being a comparable car). What I don't understand is why they didn't just tell me upfront that it wouldn't be ready, I would habw arranged to get it fix another day that wouldn't require it to be left overnight. I highly recommend Bob Howard! I had a great experience on buying my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Colby Crosswhite is an excellent car salesman. He was very polite, prompt, and honest! The finance and management was very kind and made sure we were comfortable and being helped. I LOVE my new jeep and would say if that is what your looking for to go there and ask for Colby! He will take great care of you!
RecommendedI normally never leave feedback or reviews. However, Kevin in the service department was great. My truck broke down on Monday, they were able to get it in, troubleshoot it and repair it by close of business Thursday knowing I had a business trip scheduled for Friday.
My appointment was at 1. At waiting I was taken home around 4. I was told their 4 air conditioner machines were in use and it would be best to leave my can overnight. They checked my brakes and said they were okay although the brake light has been on for 3 or r months. They didn't charge for the checking. My van was ready for me the nixt morning.
In and out fast oil change service!
Went here for service work on my Journey and they were very friendly and not only got the oil changed but took care of a recall for me. I will definitely be using them to service my vehicle going forward
