The service department is awful and downright lied to me. I was told to continue driving a car that Ford stated was unsafe to the point that they were providing rental cars. They lied and said there were no rental cars available and that I would have to wait for Ford to work out a deal with Enterprise. They couldn't care less that the recall for my car has actually killed people. Suggested I go to another dealership. Well that's what I did and I was put into a rental car (with Enterprise!) the next day. One awful experience ... read more

It is a shame. You have very nice and helpful sales staff but your service dept is the worst I have ever seen. I bought a certified car from yall which has already had to be in the shop 3 times (mind you i haven't made the first payment yet) and now, something is leaking in to the driver floorboard of my car and yall want to charge a ridiculous price JUST to look at it. Update: We gave BobBell the opportunity to make things right and they did. After meeting with Rick, the manager, he was able to reassure me that they would investigate the matter. He understood our confusion of a happenstance coincidence and we understood that it may be just that, a coincidence. After they ran a diagnostic (at cost to them), it was concluded that the original problem was intact. I called to make an appointment for a recall for safety latches on the doors for my truck this morning. I was immediately placed on hold, quickly told 2 weeks from now was the soonest they could take care if it, and when I asked how long it would take the service writer told me "all day, have it here at 7 and it won't be ready until the end of the day". Had to bring my car in for an emergency because my car was overheating and leaking coolant. I had my 3 and 5 year old with me as we waited for my husband to come and pick us up. The 30 minute wait was stress free. The staff in the service department are very polite and one of the staff members loaded my kids up with snacks. Thanks for making this day less stressful.

Actually wasn't at Bob Bell Ford but was at Bob Bell Hyundai. I had a check engine light on my Kia Optima and I was hoping they could take care of it. Sure enough, they could. It wound up being the transmission temperature sensor. Cost less than they initially thought and the work was done quickly considering what it was. Thanks Bob Bell.

I just wanted to thank Steve Tappa in the Service Department for all of his help. Too long of a story but he went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us salvage what was left of our sanity on our vacation out of the country. We are not from the area, but our experience with Steve would make us highly recommend Bob Bell.
