NEVER AGAIN WILL BOB BELL TOUCH MY LEMON! THEY BOUGHT THE FIRST PILE OF CRAP BACK. MADE ME PAY 580.00 FOR THE NEXT YEAR EXPLORER SPORT AND THIS ONE IS WORSE THEN THE FIRST! NOW THEY WONT HONOR MY WARRANTY AFTER THEY INSTALLED A STEARING RACK AND NOW BOTH FRONT TIRES ARE TRASH. I HAVE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS ITS INSANE. My 2013 Hyundai has been serviced several times and I have always received good results. The work is done at a prescheduled time, as promised, and the work has been properly completed. The staff are polite and helpful. I honestly have no complaints. On an additional note, I love my Hyundai more than any other car I have owned!
No complaints with the Escape. Had a minor problem last year when I had my MKX in for service. However, don't have that situation anymore. Just fast efficient service. Courteous employees..what more can one ask for? Keep up the good work!!
