If I could give a negative star rating I would. November 30, 2017 I had the service department look at my factory installed sunroof because it would not close all the way, but it did not leak. I was told I needed a new motor at the cost of $1600!! Well funny thing found a place across the street and today it was fixed with just a glass adjustment for only $125. I think Bob Bell tried to take advantage of me, what do you think??

I just bought my 7 vehicle which is a 2017 f-250. The saleperson and everyone was so helpful to get me in it.My vehicles before when I schedule a service never had a problem.Took it in when schedule and didn't have a bit of problem. Matter of fact there were two times I had big problem with my truck and I called and they took it in the next morning.They always worked with me..
Nope! First we worked with Jake - who was fine and knew what we were coming to see... walk in and I’m asked all over again which vehicle I was looking at and told that Jake only gets me into the dealership but I’ll have to work with another person, Read: please explain what you’re looking for over and over again because we like being inefficient and wasting your time. Service was great and I really like my vehicle (2017 EXPLORER )
I purchase a used car from Bob Bell Ford and noticed the low tire pressure light was on. They assured me they would take care of it before I picked up the car the next week. When I picked up the car the light was still on and they again assured me it would go out when I started driving it. Never did. Took it to a dealer and they told me it was likely the sensors and they should have known it. To add to the equation I was given a price plus tags and taxes and was then charged $318 for dealer prep.
Had my F-250 in for tire service last week. Service was performed on time and with great care. Hats off to the service dept.
I took my car in yesterday to get an oil change and the works. My appointment was at 1:15 and it took 2 hours. This seems a bit ridiculous...especially with having an appointment.
