well I have been trying to have someone get back to me for 2 days now. I went in for tire rotation and a few weeks later my car's front left and right tires were extremely close to coming off on route 100. My Brother-in-law was able to twist off my lugnuts with just his fingers. I am also missing a wheel lock. You would think after leaving that message on the service manager's voicemail, they would respond. I am not over exaggerating when I say they were about to come off.

Stand behind the cars they sell.My Dad bought a few vehicles from Bob Bell.The company has gone down hill.It seems that the problems with this car is my fault.It kinda is my fault,for buying the car.I have never heard of the nuts swollen on,so you can't rotate my tires.If it's a defect from the company.Why do I have to pay for it?

Terrible experience. I needed a simple oil change. I called yesterday. Quick Lane said I needed an appointment. I made the appointment for 2:15 today. I sat in the waiting room from 2:10 until 3:38. No one came to check on me. No one offered me a drink of water. No one came in to say "I'm sorry, but we're running behind". I'll never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone.
Making an appointment for an oil change at 830 am and having to wait 2 hours for completion is absolutely ridiculous. My vehicle wasn’t even started until 930. Why bother making an appointment if you cant get the service you requested and at the correct time. Almost made me late for work. Service department needs to be more transparent, or at the very least get better at scheduling services.
