I asked if they could plug a nail in my tire since they would already have the wheels off. I admit I made the mistake of not asking how much up front, only to find out at check out my $50 oil change was now $100 with the tire "repair". Took my Ford Edge SUV to Bob Bell Ford 4 times for the same issue. Each time they gave me another excuse. First time it went was the Alternator that didnt fix the problem. They even informed me my problem was due to not having a Ford OEM Battery. I purchased one and the vehicle does the same thing "contiues to die". So here we are almost $1000.00 into it and no refund in sight even tho I asked the service manager to refund me the money for the repairs that didnt fix the problem. Well I have my car back from the shop at Bob Bell Ford needless to say it still is not updated. My car is 10 months old and it has needed this update since I bought the car. Everyday the screen pops up to update and until this is done some of my features do not work. This is the 2nd time my car went into the shop. I requested to have my computer updated. Guess what.
