Recommendedgenerally a very good service department. Occasionally I've had to wait on a part, but most of the time they are very efficient and getting things done and getting you back out on the road. Steve is absolutely my favorite service writer. Love my 2008 Ford Edge, and have no plans on replacing it anytime soon!
The service department had my work vehicle for 3 days and never even looked at it. They then asked me to come and pick it up as they had no idea when they would get around to it. I wasted all that time sitting at home not working and it still needs to be repaired. My contact - Dave never called me back and lied to me when I called him. At no point did I feel they wanted my business.
Never..worst customer service ever. I won't recommend my DOG.
tag and title person dropped the ball on getting car registered to DMV. got that taken care of an as I was almost home maintenance required light came on. called to make an appt for this issue and a couple other small things. I was told to be her at 7:45 am and they would provide me with a car. it is now 9:24 and no car. this should have been set up in advance. just saying. oh, I found out the car had not been registered to DMV bc a cop was behind me and ran the tag for no reason and pulled me over to tell me. this has been ... read more
Horrible customer service in the service department. I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. I come out to find greasy oil fingerprints all over the interior of my white car. When I asked them to clean it up I was given attitude. I won’t be going back!
RecommendedAppointment for recall was easy to make over the phone. Truck was taken in at appointment time. Service finished 75 minutes later. Warm, clean waiting area, with beverages.
