Had to book my service appointment for an F150 nearly 3 weeks in advance then when I took it in it sat for 10 days. When I asked the service manager when they would get around to working on it he said "no idea" so I picked it up and booked service somewhere else. When I came in to get it, no one apologized or cared. I emailed the General Manager and got a read receipt, but never heard from him.

I'm uncertain about dealing with this dealership anymore. Certain positives are more overshadowed by so many negatives. When I made an appointment to test drive my car, the sales rep I was dealing with left prior to my appointment time, after he had confirmed that I was on my way... and didn't even tell me that he wouldn't be there.
