He knew so much about all the little details regarding the differences between truck models, no pressure, patient in the cold walking back and forth between trucks for HOURS. In the end we bought the truck and my grumpy hubby survived. Thank you Bob Bell for having the best sales person ever there for us today!
I walked theough and no one asked me ifI needed help. I did get an internet sales person to contact me. They said they would have a general manager call me right away. No call yet ....
Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They had my car for 18 days for a 3 day service. Refused to provide a loaner vehicle. No contact with me for over a week.Truly awful. I'll NEVER buy another vehicle or get service here again. I hope they go out of business...
