Have been to Bob Bell many times - very efficient - professional extremely friendly - THEY AIM TO PLEASE
We have a KIA Soul that we take in for regular service. The workers there are very nice and somehow remember me when I return. The "works" are finished usually within an hour....usually faster. Everyone is super nice and explain what they did and what to watch for.
Had my Ford Escape IN for" the works". I was in an out in about 1 hour. Time for a free soda and snack. Friendly service reps.
Time waiting for a oil change with a scheduled appointent is absolutely ridiculois.
Sitting here for over an hour for a routine oil change is unacceptable. Wouldn't buy another car here ever.
