I refuse to do anymore surveys from ford. If they would like my opinion they need to send the survey to my email not my husbands. I bought the truck in my name not his
The thing I like best is they NEVER try to sell my daughter anything when she comes in for service. My daughter is 22 and tells me how nice the people at Bob Bell are. They have only replaced the things are are needed. This goes a long way with me as I was a service writer myself. Not at Bob BELL.
My family has purchased three KIA's from Bob Bell and we wouldn't go anywhere else. John DeWitt has treated us with the utmost respect and took the time to answer all of our questions and provided a superior level of service and expertise. The service departments, both the KIA recall center and the Quick Lube, have been wonderful. The on-line scheduling process doesn't work well, so we wind up calling for an appointment. Always a quick service here. Friendly staff. I get oil changes here and also had a recall issue fixed,great team.
This is the second time in a row something was not checked. The time before my fluids were not checked when I specifically asked for fluid checks as I was leaving for a trip the next day. That evening when I checked my antifreeze was Way low. I had to be out at looking for the right antifreeze to fill it. This time they David my wipers were green and good to go. They were shredded when you lifted them up. The oil change was good,but now I have to wonder what else is not being checked.
I am not crazy about making appointments on line there. It's easier to phone. Their new procedures seem to work better than jockeying for first spot in the quick lane�. Once there, the waiting room is comfortable and has "free" snacks, yeah! All the current service people seem very helpful. My visit was about a hour for The Works oil change, etc.
