Brought our 2014 Expedition in because the hatch would not stay open. Service advisor said we had a deductible on our warranty and that parts would take a day to get. Called my husband later that day and the truck was ready with no deductible. Win Win for us.
I started with the online service and then came in. When i got there, they had the car i was interested in ready to test drive. Everyone i met was very personable. Very impressed with all service i received in purchasing my car!!

Why do I make an appointment for the quick lane service just to wait for HOURS in this waiting room to get my oil changed. This process seriously needs fixing. Bob Bell care is not worth wasting my whole day.
Carey Locklear (I think that's his last name) was my service technician and very helpful, he maintained constant communication with me on the status of my vehicle with daily updates while my car was there and after my car had come back home. You need more Carey's around. Thanks to him for GREAT SERVICE, I would give him 10plus stars if I could!!
