Drove in with an electrical issue. They put my Ford Edge thru several tests and found my problem right away. Made the repair, saved me a ton of money and had me on my way in a few hours. Every thing working fine now. Everyone treated me with courtesy and respect.
First and four most if I could give a negitive rating I would!! I have a Kia and I went to Best Buy to get a remote starter in my Kia back in Nov 2015. Everything was working fine till this past summer. I still have the 60,000 mile warranty plus I bought the 100,000 mile warranty too. I bought a F-150 about 14 months ago and with that truck came free oil changes every 5,000 miles. I have had my truck in for oil changes 4 times I think since the purchase. All of the people I have met at Bob Bell Ford have been very professional with me. I am very mechanically astute which means nothing can be pulled over on me. The Quick Lane service is wonderful. Made on line appointment for the Quick Lane service. As soon as I pulled in the service agent came out and logged me in. All of the service ,oil change , new wipers front and back replaced along with tire rotation , brake inspection and filling up fluids was accomplished in a timely manner. Job well done.
I had my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced here. I arrived at my appointment time and they took my vehicle right in. Within an hour I was on the road again. I had oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection.

First, Fords are my favorite cars. I went in for an oil change without an appointment. The wait wasn't long because someone didn't show up for their time slot. The mechanic was polite and he explained the results of the diagnostic test. I've always get the best service at Bob Bell
