Awful service in general. Made an appointment online a week or so before requested to be contacted(didn't) get there and they tell me no technician and my car would be looked at Monday... wtf is the point of making an appointment for Friday and why wouldn't anyon tell me?? Then proceed to blame for their screw up because I made the appointment online... never again. No more bob bell in general or Ford cars. 1st and last.
This was at the first time I have ever bought a truck that was this easy!!! Since it was a company truck, everything was so smooth and a lot of incentives... I would highly recommend dealing with them for a company vehicle!!! No haggling!!

I was very pleased with the salesman Donald Dew. Very helpful and courteous in helping me pick out my vehicle. I highly recommend Donald Dew if you purchase a vehicle there!! Was not so happy with the financial manager. 2 days after the fact..he said he needed additional paper work that cost me a trip to Annapolis and an additional $210.00. If he told me what I need while I was there...it could have been done that day with only a cost of $50.00. He needs to take a refresher course in customer service and needed documents.
I love Bob Bell. They are patient & I always get what I need whether it's a new vehicle or maintenance.
