For statrters i really wish i could give them zero or negative stars but thats not a option. For starters on 9/11 i had two brand new front hub assemblies put on my truck (08 f350)that i purchased brand new from bob bell ford. I had a mechanic of my choice put them on not bob bell. Well on 9/16 my right front wheel fell off coming home from tampa fl while towing a 24ft enclosed trailer. Very disappointed in the customer service in the service department, I have had several encounters which were very good, this last encounter was not very good.
The quick lube service is an absolute joke. Almost 2.5 hours for just an oil change? This will be my forth scheduled service and all my prior oil changes have taken just as long. It's completely unacceptable.
Unable to duplicate the issue is not an acceptable answer when trying to resolve a customer issue. Nor is hanging up on the customer or failing to provide communication. The above scenarios have happened within the last four weeks that my 2013 Fusion has been going in and out of their service center. Completely unacceptable.
My car was damaged in your lot under your care and you tell me to call my insurance company that you are not responsible????
Just bought a previously-owned vehicle there and I have been so impressed with their excellent customer service! Larry, Brendan, and Dave are the 3 salesmen that I have interacted with and have been so pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend going there if you're looking for a used vehicle! Love my car!
The sales process was good and quick lane is nice. I love my 2014 Kia Optima hybrid however, I got a flat tire, went to put on the spare tire and there was none in the car. How can you sell someone a car and not tell them there is no spare tire. When I inquired what it would cost for the spare tire kit, around 200$. If someone would have told me the payment would have gone up by 2.75/month for the spare, that's a no brainer. I like the car, just very disappointed I was not made aware of this. Vincent Pelletier
Absolutely horrible customer service. No follow up to let me know that the vehicle I had an appointment to view had been sold an hour before I got there after an hour drive. Then no apology, only excuses. Take ownership of your screwup.
The quick lane is far from quick,the last time I had the oil changed it tool almost 3 hours and I had only 2 vehicles in front of me, today I was told it would be a 4 hour wait and I had 12 vehicles in front of me. Either way the wait time is totally uncalled for they can't keep up even though they are supposed to have 9 techs changing oil.
