Horrible service!!! Never will buy from this dealership again. On going issue with my brand new Kia. They seem to find nothing wrong, third time we have taken the Kia in for the same issue. The last time we got it serviced they said they rotated the tires. My husband clearly marked the tired to be sure they did not job. Marks were in the same spot the tech lied straight to my husbands face. Poor service, it's a shame!
I have now had two great experiences at Bob Bell Ford Hyundai Kia. Just got a new F-150 there and both Brenda and Erick and the staff there have been very great to deal with and they are very efficient and offered a great deal! We are very pleased!! Also got a Ford Mustang there and would definitely go back again! Thank you!!

Just purchased a used car at Bob Bell Ford Hyundai Kia. Salesperson Dave Morgan was great!! He went out of his way to make sure we got the car we wanted. All of the staff was efficient and fantastic to deal with. Kudos to Bob Bell Ford Hyundai Kia - your used car staff made this a terrific experience!!
Have a 2006 kia Sedona that I did not buy there but had problems with from the beginning. They have taken amazing care of us and our vehicles. Saved us hundreds if not thousands over the years. Hoping to buy my next vehicle there
Parts department is pathetic
After the engine died on my brand new, 600 mile old Ford Escape, I brought it in to have it fixed. Not only would they NOT offer a loaner vehicle, but they didn't even cover the rental....When I asked then for a loaner, I was told loaners were only for scheduled maintenance.....now that's horrible customer service.
