I bought my F150 from Bob Bell in '15. 17,000 miles later its still a great truck. I will be another Ford when the time comes.
My experience with the salesman Brad was fine. I had found the car listed at Bob Bell on-line The test drive and purchase seemed to be fine; but there was a major miscommunications regarding the actual payment for the car. I was very clear about what I wanted and they simply said they don't agree with my statement. As far as I'm concerned they lied to me!
Do NOT waste your time at this dealership! The new car sales department has the absolute WORST customer service in any dealership ever! They don't even honor their advertised sales car pricing. Sarah Hayes is the Sales Manager and she has no customer service skills whatsoever. I don't understand how she is a manager? Do NOT shop at this dealership

Myself and my family have been doing business with Bob Bell Ford for many , many years. They always have a vast selection of trucks, cars and SUV's so I can always find a vehicle to suit my family's needs. In addition their service department is top notch and has always provided us with excellent service. I would highly recommend Bob Bell Ford to everyone!!!
Purchased a lightly used 2015 fusion from Brenda, great experience, very happy.
The Service Department went above and beyond for me, I have never received such good service at a dealership, not even Mercedes. My car only had 48000 miles on it and the transmission went up and because I was the second owner it was not under warranty. Bob Bell contacted the manufacturer and got them to pay for my transmission. Oh, and I did not even purchase my car there, but I will next time. I can't thank them enough, love those guys.
With a quick lube appointment my truck was taken right in and serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I over heard a service adviser tell a little old lady probably in her 80's, who wanted to buy four new tires because she had one with a slow leak, that she only had 13,000 miles on the tires to just have the one fixed and that she did not have to buy four new tires. They could have ripped her off.
I had a recall on my truck and from what I thought was going to be a pain but Wayne in the Service Center helped me through and fixed my truck and was done as promised. No complaints here only good things to say definitely recommend Bob Bell Ford. Thanks
