I have been going to Bob Bell Kia since I purchased my car in 2006, I go for my oil changes because I am a Partner for Life & get them free, I also go for my major checkups & I have never had a issue, they do a good job & have always treated me well.
Had my usual oil change; all is well. Asked the service to check one tire because it looses air - 2nd time it was checked - no punctures or nails found; could not determine why it was loosing air. Now, it looses air every other day. So, I had it checked again (independently); again no problem found but was told it could be either seeping around the seal or the valve stem. Have an appt to have it checked again - my determination - a faulty tire.

Every time I come for service, it is superb. I leave feeling secure and satisfied. In the past, I have dealt with dealers where I have had to return because service was not completed adequately. This has NEVER happened at Bob Bell and I have been your dedicated customer for approximately 10 years. Thanks for the great service because it means so much.
