Went in for my oil change early in the morning and was greeted with a smile from everyone in the Bob Bell family. Service was great.
As always great service. It was quick. Everyone was professional.
Were very on point with handling the recalls of my vehicle and getting me a rental until it was finished. Great service! Will return in the future!
Love my 2016 mustang. Fast, handles better than anything I've ever owned and gets 30 mpg to boot. Sooooo much fun to drive. Only had 3 oil changes services but wait not too long and people are friendly. Can't remember my salesman's name off the top of my head be he and the sales manager were great. Website for service should have a free oil change selection but otherwise I'm extremely pleased and would buy another car from them.
Over an hour to get a oil change thru quick lane , that needed to be scheduled. Just to get it done
Cedric was my salesperson and as soon as I came in the door he was very friendly and showed me all the cars that I wanted to see. I was in and out within 2 hours and they even drove the new car to my house so I could surprise my wife with it. If the service is half as good as the buying experience with Cedric I will be very satisfied. Well done guys.
