While I like the service I receive at Bob Bell, I THINK they are selling my email info. EVERY TIME I get service there, SUDDENLY within a few days I get a TON of new junk email. Bad practice.

The service was fine . The hardest thing had was making a appointment I would call every one was busy i will call you back i waited two days no one called I called again and finally got appointment I think the service dept. needs help!!!!!!!!!
The writers just have attitudes. This falls back on the Manager failing to do his duties to manage. Simple oil change and the vehicle was returned with tire valve stem caps tighten too tight and the end of get cap broken off. Not just one tire but two tires. They should have replaced the caps. What could be the cost $1.00
