RecommendedGood customer service and time management. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 p.m. to handle a recall on my Kia. I was waited on in a timely manner and technician presented with good customer service. The technicians took care of the scheduled recall and searched and found a 2nd recall. Both recalls were done and I was out the door at 3:30p.m.
RecommendedVery helpful and informative regarding the cars’ needs. I went for routine maintenance and to check out a warning light for the airbags. After diagnostics completed found out that the problem was very serious and costly. I was helped also with processing with the insurance company.
