I bought my Kia Telluride a year ago from Dominic and the experience was a pleasant surprise. Dominic was very professional and patient with all my questions. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Their staff is the most disrespectful and uncommunicative people that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. First it is so hard to get ahold of a service advisor to answer their phone or to call you back. The receptionist is barely at her desk and doesn't answer either. I been having on going oil issues with my Kia Soul since December. Recently I had my car left at the dealer for 2 months. I took my car in for an oil change. I checked in and went to the waiting room. after 55 min, I went to check on the progress. What I saw: a group of men standing and talking, a group of women standing and talking and laughing and my car sitting in the same place. I asked the rep if my car was ready.
