I've been a true customer for the past 8 years. They've always taken good care of my Kia. Staff is always pleasant and will always explain in detail what is needed.
We had the pleasure of being Matts first car sale ever at Nissan. He went above and beyond running back and forth to get us where we wanted to be payment wise. He was very informative on the cars benefits and features and even got inside the car once the sale was final to show us how to use all the electronic devices through our phone. We appreciate all his time this evening . A special Thanks to Mrs Helen who sealed the deal with some comedy and made our night!! She too went above and beyond for us!
Well I got my car today but Debbie Loegering helped so much yesterday to be able to get me into the car and to keep me in a good price range I asked for. I love the car and it does drive very well. Thank you Debbie and her crew for excellent work.

The service department sucks, they never answer the phone and never return calls. I had my Kia Soul towed in on Friday and I still have not heard a word. I have called 6 different times and left messages to no avail. No one has called to ask me any questions about the issues I was having. It makes me sad because they use to be top notch, I would not recommend them any more.
your service department is horrible. I brought my Kia Soul in and I got it back 46 days later. I found a engine shroud in my backseat, it was never put back on. You never answer the phone, your website says that you open at 7am, yet when you call your message is that you are closed. To me this is terrible customer service. I would NEVER buy another vehicle from Bob Bell Automotive.
