I have had my SUV for a year and will only speak of the service department treatment and process. I make an appointment I have to wait over an hour and a half just to be told that they don't have the part. They ensured me that I will receive a call when the part comes in which it has been a week. only for me to call and check on the status and I was told they have no record of a part being needed. Wow! What a great experience! Dominic was AMAZING!!! He walked us through the process of buying my Mom’s leased Kia. I recommend Bob Bell Nissan & Kia of Baltimore for their awesome customer service, knowledge of inventory, and for simply being understanding. I had the pleasure of working with Herbert, and he was a great salesman for me.
Had another mechanic shop say I need a new transmission. Took it here for Nissan to look at, they found some reprogramming and the car works perfectly. Went from looking at a $4,000 repair to $0 Special thanks to Allen Thompson for helping me out thru this process and he has earned himself a repeat customer for being honest.
