I purchased my first KIA 2 1/2 years ago and all the service has been done there, the service has been outstanding.
Salesmen are nice and helpful
Service gets worse every time I come in. Make an appointment for an oil change and still wait two hours! Will not return. Free oil change was included with the purchase of the car. No benefit in this when it takes forever to be done. Very disappointed!
We heard so many great things about Bob bell from our mother Linette Bennett who is also a customer that we made the best decision ever and brought our Maxima there in January, we returned because of the great customer service again yesterday and was treated even better by everyone. The customer service exceeded our expectations and as always we drove off the lot in the car we wanted for the payments we wanted. I can’t say enough about how great we were treated.

Glenn in sales and Helen in finance get five stars. Unfortunately the service department is so inept and poorly managed, they have effectively eliminated this dealership from ever getting our business again. In eight years here, I have never experienced anything remotely resembling timeliness even when there are timelines for completion offered by them.
