Took my car for the 1st time. Nice waiting room. They had some chips as a snack. It was the end of the day so I don't know if there is other things normally. They have a coffee machine and bottled water usually but they were out. Reading material, comfortable seating and a big screen tv. It made for a comfortable setting compared to most car places. I can relate to everyone's comment I had insurance work done valued over $9000 took them bout 2 months only to find out my insurance company ain't pay them that was the hold up I use them for parts service and buy my cars here I have had plenty of issues that all ended good the management has always been kind and caring to me service department has been kind and focus on my needs 99% out of 100% in the past 8 years of going there.fair pricing parts for my Nissan great work always completed by bobbell Nissan I will always tak... read more

It was going well until I went into the dealership to buy that car. I drove over a hour and a half to get there spent 2 hours talking to the salesman just to be told that I can't get the car at the price i was promised. I really got my hopes up for this car and left with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. I was pre approved for the amount I was promised hoping that would make it easier and to top it off today happens to be my birthday so needless to say I will never be returning to a bob bell dealership.
