RecommendedComfortable waiting area stocked with water, coffee & a huge TV with trivia questions on bottom of screen. Polite service area personnel & suggested maintenance. Ladies room could use some fragrant sprays....smelled. Would be nice if the multi-point inspection paper would be gone over with customer to understand everything.
The woman that works the service department never returned any of my messages and when I finally got hold of her she hung up on me before I finished telling her I needed to make an appointment and I had to contact a deferent department to make my appointment. Bought my third vehicle from them them today. Everyone has always been great.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated. Checked the air pressure in tires and the left rear was still at same pressure when I brought the car in. Waited for pickup at Eastpoint Mall. Called twice and was not able to verify whether I would be picked up or not. First person transferred me to answering machine in another dept. second person put me on hold and eventually hung up
Had a recall on my 2014 Kia. Went to Bob Bell in Essex. Service was efficient and friendly!
