Working with the salesman was good but, I was told that my payments were going to be one price and when I reviewed my paper work it was different. So I call to inquire why it was different and all the finance manager could do was apologize that was fair to me. Now I am stuck with a payment that was complete different then what was quoted to me
when you make an appt you should not have to wait 2 hours for an oil change and customer that arrives after you get serviced and leave you sitting there waiting. unacceptable
Terrible Service never do what they said they did.
RecommendedI took my car in to get the rear pads and rotors replaced. They were very fast and had me in and out in under 2 hours. Bob Bell is the only place I trust to do the job right the first time.
