The employees were amazing especially Calvin my salesman. They worked with me and got me in the vehicle I wanted. Domenic and my finance person were also wonderful. I highly reccomend going to Bob Bell if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I just purchased my car last weekend and I’m completely in love! Everyone from the car maintenance staff to the Finance directors were EXCELLENT! I even switched over to a cheaper insurance agency while there ...and all of this happened within 3 1/2 hours! I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking for fast, and great service. Special shout outs go to Jeannie, Chiranda (from AllState), Tony and Ms. Helen!! !! They literally worked with me from the time I stepped in the door until I pulled off from the lot. ���

Emailed dealership regarding if they match offers and Courtney stated “My managers love to beat our competitors!” Sent over the link to the other dealership and was told needed it in writing. Got it in writing and wouldn’t match. As a business your words are everything. This was Bob Bell Kia.

We took advantage of end-of-year incentives to buy a new Pathfinder from Bob Bell Nissan. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to get us what we wanted at the price point we could afford. I can't say enough positive things about the buying experience.

I wish there were an option for negative stars. Bought my suv 4 months ago and the fan came loose and needed to be replaced took it in on a Tuesday at 11:30 to get serviced did find out until I called at 3:30 to find out my car was never even looked at. Was called on Wednesday to tell me the part was ordered and would be ready Thursday. Called on Thursday around 12 to see when I can pick it up just to find out the part is now out of stock and won’t be ready until next week.
