Excellent service I have no complaints about them at all they did everything they could to make sure I got in my vehicle and the payments were reasonable
We bought out New car there in February 2014 and use the Free service they offer us! CUSTOMER service is their #1 pirioty and they treat us like Family; overall I think Bob Bell is worth a good 4.5 Stars due to their honestly and the way they treat their customers!

This place is terrible. Customer service for service dept is absolutely terrible. Receive a phone call at 3:12 PM saying they are "finishing up your vehicle now." Go over almost 2 hours later to pick it up and been waiting 30 mins for them to "finish the paperwork." Absolutely awful.

As usual, excellent customer service, from inside the service department, to the driver who took me home, and picked me up. I have used Bob Bell, four decades, and it is the only dealership I will work with. I am just sad the salesman that I usually work with is gone.

I had repair work done to my 2008 Kia Rio at Bob Bell on Eastern Ave. They did a great job and I was very pleased with the wash and vacuumed done to my car that was a plus. Thank you Bob Bell !!!!
