Super quick! Super deal and I got the car of my dreams!
Unfortunately this place has been an absolute disappointment all the way around. I bought a 2014 528i (4) months ago and I have had to take the car in 4 times now for both minor and major repairs. Time off work has cost me, frustration, having to be their driving billboard. Some of their service advisors take it upon themselves to judge BMW owners as ignorant in the simple things. They are the worst of the worst! We have purchased a over a dozen BMW cars and motorcycles over the year and thanks to the finance manager Kyle Seo we will NEVER purchase a BMW product again. 4 months and dozens of phone calls and we are still waiting on a GAP insurance policy refund after selling the car. The best part is it's a mere $450!!! A drop in the bucket for BMW. If you must buy a BMW, DON'T buy it here!
There is a 3 hour wait for a carwash.. and that's what they call customer service! Unreal..
Service department is the absolute worst. I'm still waiting on the paperwork and warranty that I had done as part of the sales agreement. It took much longer than promised and pick up on a Saturday was a nightmare. They lost my car then couldn't get the key to work when they found it (because it was still the wrong car).
