Everybody are people friendly and do excellent job with repairs in my cars. The place and bathrooms are clean. Brian is the best, i give you 10 out of 10. Also extend my thanks for the whole crew you guys are the best of the best compared to other service centers.

I got my new X5 diesel here after months of obsessive searching. The cost was about $10k cheaper than at nearby (and closer to me) dealer Encinitas BMW. The office was so nice that even though it's further away, I'm going to try taking my new car here for service and see if that goes as smoothly as the sale. Low pressure, really helpful sales team. Recommended!
