Very unprofessional service department. Took my automobile in when it opened (7a) for 1.5hrs of recall work. Came back 3hrs later to pick it up. Never got an update or anything until I got in my car 5hrs from when I dropped it off. BMW of Escondido is probably worth the drive.
I always have a phenomenal experience at BMW of Vista. Their customer service is excellent. My service advisor Don Eccker is the BEST! He is always so helpful, professional and sincere makes sure that my X5 is taken care of. He is the reason I continue to go to BMW of Vista for all of my service needs.

Francisco and Scott are amazing. I did most of my negotiating over the phone before I came in. Within an hour and a half of being at the dealership I was driving my new car home. I highly recommend them! It's my first BMW and definitely won't be my last!
