this dealership was honest, provided Xtra service on my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra,gave me rate I was looking for never thought I'd be buying a car from a BMW dealership, but after getting the run around, & bait & switch from several other dealers BMW of vista got my business
I called 3 times to get an appointment and got sent to voicemail each time. No one returned my call. I had to download the app to make my own appointment. There is also a sense of the service advisors don't care. The first one I was sent to told me she couldn't help me because she was going on break. The second one didn't even respond when I asked about how to make an appointment and being sent to voicemail without a return call. I really enjoy driving my BMW but the ownership experience leaves something to be desired.
